Terms
These are the terms every job runs under. They are short on purpose.
The diagnostic visit
A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is credited toward the repair when you approve the work. If you decline the repair, the $129 stands as payment for the visit and the diagnosis, and you keep the written findings.
Estimates
You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any repair begins. If the fault turns out to be different once a panel is off, we stop and re-quote rather than continuing and adding it to the invoice.
Parts
Genuine OEM parts are ordered against the model and serial numbers on the appliance data plate. Where a part is discontinued by the manufacturer we will say so plainly rather than fitting a substitute without telling you.
Warranty
Ninety days on our labour, three hundred and sixty-five days on the parts we install. The warranty covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover a different fault that appears later in the same appliance, damage from a power event, or anything altered by another party after our visit.
Scope
Orchard Row Kitchen Service services Thermador appliances only. We do not take work on other makes, and we will tell you on the phone rather than at your door.
Independence
Orchard Row Kitchen Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
