How to read these
Each entry describes one visit: what had failed, what was measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are printed as they were given to us, first name and last initial only, and nothing is trimmed to make a visit look tidier than it was. A wall of nothing but top marks would tell you nothing, and a bench that has never had a part arrive wrong or a second trip go out is a bench nobody has ever used.
No figure appears in any of them. What a job costs belongs on the pricing page, where it can be held against the invoice, and what happens afterwards belongs on the warranty page. If one of these describes the fault on your own appliance, the page for that repair sets out how it gets diagnosed.

The door stayed locked for two days after a self-clean. Rather than forcing it he wound the latch motor round on the bench connector and freed it undamaged, then replaced the thermal switch that had caused the hang.

The hood still hummed away but had stopped clearing anything at all. Both baffles and the blower wheel were caked, and a damper flap in the duct was jammed shut. Cleaning and freeing that flap fixed it completely.
