Pricing
One number before we drive, one estimate before we start
There is a single figure to agree on before a technician leaves for your address, and it does not change once the appliance is open.
The diagnostic
$129 flat diagnostic, credited to the repair
A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is credited toward the repair when you approve the work. It buys a technician's time on site, the tests needed to find the actual fault rather than the likeliest one, and a written record of what was measured.
If you decide not to go ahead, the fee stands as payment for the visit and you keep the findings. Nothing is charged for the drive, and there is no separate call-out line on the invoice on top of it.
Within Mandarin and the 32223, 32257, 32258 corridors the figure is the same whether the appliance is two miles away or fifteen.

The estimate
Part and labour, written down, before anything is ordered
You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any repair begins. The part is priced separately from the labour so you can see which half of the number is which, and so a later comparison is possible at all.
Built-in appliances vary too much for a published repair price to be honest. A control board on a refrigeration column, a spray arm bearing on a dishwasher and a hinge cable on a wall oven are three different jobs with three different parts costs, and quoting any of them from a phone description would be guesswork.
What we can promise is the shape of the number: the diagnostic already paid comes off it, the parts are genuine oem parts, and the figure does not move after you approve it unless a second fault appears — in which case we stop and re-quote instead of continuing.
How the money moves
- You describe the appliance and the symptom on the phone.
- We arrive, test, and charge the flat $129.
- You get the estimate in writing, part and labour split.
- You approve or decline. Approving takes the $129 off the total.
- The repair is done and the warranty starts from that date.
What is not on the invoice
No premium hours, because there are no premium hours
We work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings through early afternoon. There is no after-hours rate on this price list because there is no after-hours service to charge for. A call left in the evening is returned the next working morning at the ordinary rate.
We also do not quote a repair we would not carry out. If the sensible answer is that the appliance is not worth the part, we will say so during the diagnostic visit and you will have paid $129 to find that out rather than several times more to find it out afterwards.

Money questions we are asked most
- What does the first visit cost?
- A flat $129 covers the trip and the diagnosis. If you approve the repair, that $129 comes off the total. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered.
- Do I find out the price before the work starts?
- Yes. Once the fault is identified we write the estimate down, part and labour separately, and wait for your decision. Nothing is ordered until you say so.
