Orchard Row Kitchen Service is an independent repair company working out of Mandarin. We chose to service Thermador only, because depth beats breadth on built-in appliances.
Why one brand
Depth beats breadth on built-ins
A generalist has to be right about eight manufacturers' service logic, wiring conventions and parts catalogues. We only have to be right about one. That is the whole argument, and it shows up as fewer return visits and fewer parts ordered on a guess.
It also means we say no sometimes. If your appliance is a different make, we will tell you straight away rather than take the diagnostic fee.
What we can honestly claim
- EPA Section 608. Technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification for handling sealed refrigerant systems.
- Independent. We work for the homeowner, not for a manufacturer or a warranty administrator.
- Genuine OEM parts. Replacement parts are ordered to the model and serial on your appliance data plate.

Orchard Row Kitchen Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
We say that plainly and in the header of every page because it is the honest answer to a question homeowners reasonably ask. Being independent means the repair recommendation is ours, made with your appliance and your cabinetry in front of us.
