Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from another domain.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie banner because there are no cookies, and no fonts or images loaded from a third-party domain. Every asset on this site is served from this site.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and abuse prevention. We do not read them for marketing.
What we collect when you call
When you contact Orchard Row Kitchen Service about a repair we take your name, address, phone number and a description of the appliance and the fault. We use that to schedule the visit, order correct parts and honour the warranty on the work. We keep the invoice record for as long as the warranty period and normal accounting requirements demand.
We do not sell that information, and we do not pass it to anyone except a parts supplier where a specific order requires it.
Asking us to delete it
Call (904) 201-3304 and ask. We will remove what we are not legally required to retain.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the change will appear here rather than in an email you did not ask for.
